We had deer meat processed by Amish into sausage links/brats seasoned mild but they are not already smoked? - smoked brats

The Amish are known here for their excellent work, but who have never smoked have everything and often use a different processor sausage for us, how can we do if we can freeze for later use re? Thanks for the tips ..... (You can get a smoker, if necessary, but we want it to taste, as it always;)
