I bought a Black & Decker Infrawave Speed Oven and substantive elements 2 are not as bright as the light on. Is this normal? Nothing in the manual says it should, but I wonder.

Sometimes the substance is is dirty and drops others.
This will be burned eventually, but until then is not so bright or hot.
Is this an older model?
The elements will burn in time.
I want to buy an oven thermometer to make sure that your temperature is correct.
Otherwise, the food will not cook evenly and thoroughly.
